We Support Small Farms
When we can we buy our fruit products from small farms, a lot we hand pick ourselves.
Our Award Winning Jams and Jellies are made using a combination of the old recipes that your Great Grandmother would have used and modern recipes and techniques she never though of. There is no High-Fructose Corn Syrup or Artificial Coloring. We use the best fruit we can get, a lot of it hand picked by us at local farms.
- Jams - Contains all the fruit including peals and small seeds (ie Raspberries)
- Jellies - Contains just the strained juice of the fruit
- Fruit Butters - Contains the whole fruit and are cooked an extensive amount of time with spices
- Marmalades - Cantains a small amount of the fruits zest (Peal)
- Pepper Jams/Jellies - Contains ground peppers and may be HOT
- Pub Jams - Contains a small amount of an Alcoholic Beverage (The Alcohol is cooked out)
- Conserves - Contains either nut, dried fruit, or both
- Botanical Jellies - Made from a flower petal infused tea
Our Seasoning are all hand blended from the best Herbs and Spices. We source our Herbs and Spices from all over the world where the absolutely best are grown, We deal exclusively with importers, eliminating multiple middle distributers providing our customers with the freashest herbs and spices.
